There is only one type of registration with Goalstar Rewards program-
Register as parent on behalf of the child/children
You could register for Goalstar Rewards using the Register link on home page. Once you click on this link it will open the registration page and populate the required details. Please see detailed steps for set up using ‘How it Works?’
For every child to feel motivated to achieve their goals they want to have their own space, sense of identity and ability to see their own journey towards the goal.
We request for the following information for the children to be in the program-
When you set up a child in the program after you are registered as a parent, the child will be able to –
Registration to Goalstar Rewards program is free. After you sign up for the program, you would be eligible for 4 weeks free trial.
As a parent you would be required to provide the following information for registration-
Collection of parent’s details is necessary for us to tailor our communications to you, manage your child’s progress through the programs, and ensure we can better respond to your customer service requests. You are entitled to provide us with a pseudonym if you wish to sign up anonymously. If you choose to sign up anonymously you will still have full access to the trial and all its features.
You have the option to set up monthly budget or pocket money amount per child within Goalstar Rewards. After you have logged into your account as a parent on the website, please go to the children profile at the top. You could set up the monthly budget once you click on the profile for the child.
Setting up monthly budget/pocket money is optional for each child. You can set it to zero if you don’t believe in giving pocket money.
Some families give pocket money to their children after certain age. It is linked to the missions or tasks.
Should you choose to set up monthly pocket money for a given child, our Goalstar Rewards will automatically divide this amount equally for each mission that child is required to do that month. If the child completes a mission successfully, Goalstar rewards would award that amount of money as Rewards dollars to the child.
For e.g. if you set up $30 as monthly pocket money for your child and that child is expected to complete 15 missions that month. Goalstar Rewards will divide $30 equally against 15 missions. The child will earn $2 every time they complete a mission successfully.
You have to set it up only once, the Goalstar Rewards will use that amount every month.
You can change it any time during the month should you wish to increase or reduce the pocket money. You don’t have to wait till the end of the month.

Goal is something that parent and child want to achieve over a period of time. Every Goal must have a start and end date for it to be effective.

Goalstar Rewards will be sending Mission Alerts via the Notification Apps and Website starting from early morning every 4 hours to remind your Child of their Missions for the day.
Children will be able to view their Mission using their own login from

Children will earn Points on completing a mission successfully and approved by their parents.
Goalstar Rewards will be displaying the list of Mission Tasks with Mission Times set up for the Child. When the Child completes that Mission they will mark it as ‘Done’ using their App or the Website.
Parents will be able to view progress of the missions through their App and the website . They will be required to approve these missions as by clicking the ‘Approve’ button, Goalstar Rewards will award points to the child for the approved missions.
The program has been designed so that mission points cannot be transferred between children. Each child should earn points with their own efforts.
Value of a mission point is defined by the options you have chosen within the program for Monthly budget.
If you are using Monthly budget/pocket money per child then value of points is calculated using the amount you have entered as monthly budget.

Each mission and goal must have a fixed timeline. On reaching the given timeline for the mission or Goal if the child has not achieved the mission/goal,
Parents have 3 choices –
I f certain Goal needs to be modified or cancelled due to changed priority before the timeframe,
In certain situation, Parents may wish to extend the timeline for a Goal or Mission. They will be able to do this from the Edit Goal or Edit Mission screens as the case may be, before the end date.
Yes, Points balance can go into negative. Child will have to earn back positive points by showing the right behavior.
You will required to login to your child’s account. From the Dashboard page at the top you will be able to select the themes. Your child can choose from the following themes-
Each child will work through Goalstar rewards at their own pace.Notifications are designed as a helpful reminder to help give your child a nudge along the way.
If you child is completing missions and goals and able to earn rewards points, this is good progress. If you child is not completing any missions, goals or trying to attain rewards, they may need some extra encouragement and support along the way.

Goalstar rewards has been designed with busy parents in mind. We would encourage parents to sit down and agree on goals, so the child is clear about what they need or would like to achieve and how to break a larger goal into small steps (missions). Discuss also the reward option that will motivate your child.
Children under 10 may need some further assistance with setting up their dashboard, (with their avatar and themes) and how to read the dashboard and tick a mission once completed.
Ensure that the rewards set up is completed and that no penalties have been applied to the missions. If the rewards tally is still not adding up, please contact our Customer Service Team
As a child starts to mature, they begin to understand more about goal planning and how they can set goals that are achievable in many areas of their lives. It is important the child does not feel that goal setting is a negative experience, but a positive one they can do with parent support or they will struggle to feel motivated to participate.

Once you have finished your 4-week free trial, go into Manage Accounts Click on Update Plan button and select the subscription package that is right for your family.
Please remember to use the promo code when subscribing so that you get your value for money!
You can organise payment via debit/credit card by completing your details.
Monthly payments will be deducted from your nominated card at the anniversary date of your first payment. eg If you pay for your subscription payment, on June 20th, your first monthly payment would be July 20th.
If you are using our Monthly membership plan then choose the option to update card details. Please go to Manage Accounts, click on Update Plan, choose the Child and then enter the new card details in the Update Card Details section.
You can change your card details when you are ready to make a payment. Please go to Manage Accounts Click on Update plan Choose the membership plan Enter the new card details in the ‘Payment Method’ section. Once you click on ‘Pay Now’ button the new card details will be used.
Goalstar rewards use the latest security to ensure your credit card details are secure. We don’t store any of your card details on our platform. For monthly payment options the card information is stored within the payment gateway as per the PCI compliance requirements. If you suspect any fraudulent transactions have occurred through using our program, please contact your bank to investigate further as soon as possible.
Goalstar rewards program offers discounts on the membership package for the families. It is offered in form of promo codes advertised on our pricing page or emails or e-newsletter
At the time of making the payment please enter the promo code and apply. This will reduce the amount you will be paying for the membership.
If you decide to change the type of membership package, please call our customer service support number and we would be happy to change it for the future date, if applicable. For e.g. if you are on monthly membership and wish to change it for annual we would stop the next scheduled payment and set you up for 12 month membership from the next scheduled date.
Whilst we want our families to use the offers we are also keen that we provide these offers such that every family could benefit from these discounts. For this reason, we allow one discount offer per membership
Goalstar rewards is happy to offer a refund for the remaining duration of the membership period. Ie. Family has purchased a 6 months membership package but decide to cancel after 3 months- so refund will be for the remaining 3 months.
Please contact your bank if you have been unable to fulfil a payment. You and your child would be able to continue to use the program once the payment has been received. Please contact us if you have any further queries.

Goalstar rewards offers a few different ways to reward you child/children- all within the one program.
There is no expiry time on rewards points. You child can take as long as they need to accumulate their rewards at their own pace.
No expiry on rewards points. They last if you child continues to use Goalstar rewards. If you take a break, we will keep the rewards points for up to 6 weeks.
These are badges that appear on top of goals and Missions page for your child. Your child earns these by consistently completing their missions in a month.
In case where the Child has a Monthly Budget, the conversion rate of a Reward Point to an Amount will be calculated by the system. In case where the Child does not have a Monthly Budget, the Reward Points to Amount calculation will be a fixed rate.
The conversion rate is displayed when you are creating a rewards request.
A penalty points is a minus point against the rewards points tally that you can choose to set up for your child. It is a completely optional feature for you to decide and you can update your preferences at any time.
You can choose to have penalty points if you feel your child needs to understand consequences of their actions and help them to achieve their missions and goals.
You can give them the choice to earn those points back. You will simply need to go to the penalty points page, choose the child whose points you want to give back. Click on X against the penalty points line. This will return the points back to your child’s points balance.
Goalstar Rewards understands that not all parents may not want to use penalty points however, the platform does not allow switching it on or off as a feature. It is up to each family if they wish to use this feature or not.

For any third-party bookings with our Goalstar partners- you will need to contact them directly to amend your booking or request a refund.
Simply go into Rewards page and choose Make My Rewards by clicking on ‘Make reward’ button. From the screen and select the child who you wish to reward. Just type in your child’s goal achievement and the Reward you wish to give. Click on ‘Approve Rewards’ button to generate the Certificate in PDF format. You can either email it to your child or print it in colour and surprise you child

An avatar is the graphical representation of the user or the user's alter ego or character. This is a fun way to get your child to create or design a character that they can relate too when using Goalstar rewards.
If your child does not want to create an avatar, they can load a photo or another fun image instead.
Goalstar Rewards program available for every child to explore. Whilst we have not specifically catered for children with special needs, If you would like to trial the product, we recommend you do so with assistance of a Child Care specialist.
