Refund Steps

To obtain a refund, please email [email protected] and provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your registred email address
  • A contact phone number
  • Your user name
  • Rewards Item purchased
  • Child for whom the Reward was purchased
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason that you want a refund Upon receipt of your refund request

We will process your refund as quickly as possible if valid (please allow up to 14 days). After refund has been processed your child will get the points that have been used for that redemption back in their account.
